92% Cotton, 8% spandex, Sailor Dress with Leggings by LeTop.  A dress that can be worn anywhere and anytime.  The collar is rounded in the front, but squared off in the back, made of multi sea symbles on a white background.  The same fabric is at the bottom of the dress.  There is a red grosgrain ribbon across the middle of the back part of the collar and on the bottom between the two fabrics on the skirt.  Also between the yoke and skirt.  Little red buttons are all the way down the front of the dress.  An anchor is embroidered on the left side of the yoke.  The leggings are white with a tiny red bow on each leg.  The skirt and short sleeves are in a navy and white pin stripe.  The beret is in the stripe fabric with the bank of a white rib knit.  A red ribbvon on the beret.  Sizes:  3 months.
