We at Babies Only want to provide the best of service to our customers.  You may retrun or exchange an item purchased within 20 days of purchase.  All returns are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns regardless of receipt. 

All returns must still be in new (unused) condition and have all the packaging, original contents, labels and tags attached. 

Packages must be returned prepaid: COD deliveries will not be accepted.  Upon us shipping a new item back to you, we will not charge for this shipping.

We do not refund original or return shipping fees.

Refunds are only issued to the credit card used when the order was originally placed.

If you are returning a gift and prefer to receive a Gift Card for the total amount rather than have the original purchaser's credit card refunded, please request a gift certificate.

Shipping

$5.95 FLAT rate USPS Priority shipping for all orders shipped within the 48 US States.

Shipment to Canada or other international points will be charged the amount that the shipping company quotes to us at the time of shipping.

  Shipped UPS Ground.  Because of customs and other factors beyond our control, please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery once order has been shipped.  Expedited shipping is not available for Canada and international orders. 

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment.  Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government.  Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges and receive no potion of them.  On some international shipments a "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company.  We also have no control over these charges and receive no portion of them.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure or any reason,  we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any duties, taxes, disbursement fees or additional charges that we incur as a result.

APO & FPO orders are shipped at the FLATE rate of $5.95 by USPS Priority Mail.  We have no control of the package after it reaches the SPO or FPO state side port.

Sales Taxes

State Sales Taxes are charged to orders placed by residents residing in the State of Texas.

The rate is 7.00%

The information that we request at time of check out is for our use only.  to be used in processing credit cards, shipping, and in the case of telephone number, if there is a question about your order that we need to speak to you.  At no time do we share or give this information to anyone or any other business.
